同塔双回500kV输电线路降压至220kV运行的防雷 被引量:3

摘要 为解决500kV线路降压为220kV运行的同塔双回输电线路防雷保护问题,以安徽省内降压运行的某线路为例,统计了该线路雷害事故,从故障杆塔塔型、地貌角度分析了雷害事故的原因;基于电磁暂态程序ATPdraw建立了500kV降压220kV运行同塔双回线路的雷击模型,对几种典型的杆塔进行了反击和绕击耐雷水平仿真计算;并计算了雷击杆塔时雷电波的传播特性;根据差异化绝缘配置的思想,分析了不同方案下安装避雷器的防雷保护效果.计算结果表明,线路的耐雷水平与杆塔型号、接地电阻等相关;雷击杆塔电流达到230kA时,相邻杆塔将发生闪络;雷击杆塔电流增大到260kA时,同塔双回线路将同时闪络;绕击雷电流达到35kA时,雷击杆塔将发生闪络,相邻杆塔不受影响.在一回线路上安装500kV避雷器的防雷效果良好,可作为提高降压运行同塔双回输电线路的有效防雷措施. In order to solve lightning protection problem of the step-down operation double-circuit transmis- sion lines on the same tower, taking one line in Anhui Province for example. We made lightning accident statistics and analyzed the accidents from tower type and landform perspective. On the basis of the ATP- draw program,we established a model of 220 kV step-down operation double circuit transmission lines on the same tower. We used several typical towers to do simulation. The results show that the lightning with- stand level is related to the tower type, grounding resistance, etc. When lightning current of back-flashover reached to 230 kA,adjacent tower would flashover. When lightning current of back-flashover is up to 260 kA,double-circuit transmission lines could both flashover; the lightning shielding failure would happen if lightning current of shielding failure is over 30 kA. Installing line surge arresters on one transmission line could be a measure to improve the lightning withstand level of step-down operation double-circuit transmis- sion lines on the same tower.
