摘要
目的使医学专业本科生掌握医学基础实验的基本技术,全面提高医学本科生的综合素质。方法本文以高等医学院校生物化学与分子生物学实验教学的具体实施为内客,从课程安排、授课方式,以及效果评价等多方面思考与探索如何培养学生良好的创新能力、科学思维方式和科学探索能力。结果创新性实验教学这种"探究式"的人才培养模式由以课本、课堂和教师为中心,向以学习、学生和理论与实践相结合为中心的培养模式转变。结论创新能力的培养是一个循序渐进的过程,我们需要不断地总结和完善教学方法,提高教学质量。
Objective The study aims to make medical undergraduates to master the techniques of basic medical experiments.Methods We studied on the various factors such as course arrangement, teaching methods and evaluation of teaching effect to cultivate students'creative ability, scientific thinking and exploration ability in the molecular biology experiment course. Results The innovative experimental training moel had been shifting from the teaching, textbook, classroom and the teacher-centered to learning, practice and students-centered. Conclusion The experimental teaching system with the cultivation of innovative ability as the main target should be established and the corresponding measures be taken.
