铜绿假单胞菌对萘和菲降解特性研究 被引量:10

Research on the degradation characteristics of naphthalene and phenanthrene by Pseudomonas aeruginosa

摘要 研究不同p H和温度条件下,铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)对多环芳烃中萘和菲的降解效果。结果表明,以活性炭为吸附载体,多环芳烃为唯一碳源,将此菌株培养48 h后,p H值为7.0时,萘的降解率可达25.68%,脱氢酶活性达到33.42(μg/mL)·h;菲的降解率可达41.9%,脱氢酶活性达到37.44(μg/mL)·h。当温度为37℃时,萘的降解率可达27.7%,脱氢酶活性达到33.60(μg/mL)·h;菲的降解率可达34.5%,脱氢酶活性达到39.96(μg/mL)·h。 The effect of Pseudomonas aemginosa on naphthalene and phenanthrene degradation was studied under the condition of different pH and temperature. The results showed that using activated carbon as carrier, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons as sole carbon source, when the strain was cultured for 48 h at pH 7, the degradation rate of naphthalene was 25.68%, the dehydrogenase activity reached 33.42 (μg/ml)·h, the degradation rate of phenanthrene reached 41.9%, and the dehydrogenase activity reached 37.44 (μg/ml)·h. When the temperature was 37 ℃, the degradation rate of naphthalene was 27.7%, the dehydrogenase activity reached 33.60 (μg/ml)·h, the degradation rate of phenanthrene was 34.5 %, and the dehydrogenase activity reached 39.96 (μg/ml)·h.
