摘要
目的-采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法建立了在高压罐烘箱中加入硝酸—高氯酸—氢氟酸混酸体系消解,测定土壤中铅、锌的方法。方法-采用在时间和温度等条件的优化消解后,将消解液上机测定。根据消化方法、仪器参数及仪器上建立土壤的测定方法,用ICP-AES测定土壤样品中的铅、锌。结果-在高压罐中加入硝酸—高氯酸—氢氟酸混酸消解体系中,在200℃和3h的烘箱中消解土壤样品后,测定结果符合环境土壤标准样品ESS-2的结果。结论-本实验分析测定土壤样品中的铅、锌结果可靠,可以作为土壤中铅和锌的测定方法。
Objective-To establish the high pressure tank in the oven with nitric acid perchloric acid and hydrofluoric acid mixed acid digestion and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry,method for determination of lead,zinc in soil.Methods-the optimal resolution in time and temperatureconditions,the digestion solution on the determination of.According to digestion method,apparatus and instrument parameters to establish a method for determination of soil,determination of Pb,Zn in soil samples by ICP-AES.Result-addition of nitric acid perchloric acid and hydrofluoric acid in a pressure tank mixed acid digestion system,and in the 3Hat 200℃ oven digestion of soil samples,the determination results meet the environment standard soil sample ESS-2results.Conclusion-the experimental determination of lead,zincresults in the soil sample is reliable,can be used as the determination of lead and zinc in soil.
