Effect of Zr on Microstructure and Properties of Mg-0.9Si Alloy

摘要 研究了Zr对亚共晶Mg-0.9Si合金铸态组织、力学性能和阻尼性能的影响。结果表明,Zr对Mg-0.9Si合金中的初生α-Mg相和共晶Mg2Si相具有较好的细化和变质作用。从成本因素考虑,Zr的最优加入量为0.6%左右,此时,合金的抗拉强度和伸长率分别为187.2MPa和6.8%,相比未变质合金提高了约43.4%和64.3%。在整个测试的温度范围内,加入0.6%的Zr变质Mg-0.9Si合金的阻尼值要显著高于未变质合金的阻尼值。 Effects of Zr on microstructure,mechanical properties and damping capacity of Mg-0.9Si alloy were investigated.The results show that the solidified microstructure of Mg-0.9Si alloy can be refined significantly with Zr addition.The optimized Zr addition is 0.6%.With 0.6% Zr addition,the tensile strength and elongation of the as-cast Mg-0.9Si alloy reach 187.2MPa and 6.8%,respectively,increased by 43.4% and by 64.3%,compared with those of the unmodified alloy.Mg-0.9Si-0.6Zr alloy exhibits much higher damping capacity than that of the unmodified alloy.
