调压式悬移质采样器两位六通换向阀的研制

摘要 调压式悬移质采样器换向阀的作用是切换采样器的工作状态,是采样器的关键元件之一,对采样器的性能起决定作用。为改进采样器换向阀,满足河流泥沙水样采集的需要,研制了两位六通换向阀,它由阀体、阀盖、陶瓷阀芯、防水电磁铁以及推杆等组成,具有2个工作位置、6个通口。陶瓷阀芯由两块陶瓷静片和夹在中间的陶瓷动片组成,陶瓷静片与动片之间采用凹槽、硬密封结构形式。陶瓷动片由防水电磁铁驱动滑动,通过与陶瓷静片的对孔实现水路和气路的通断。采用新的阀芯结构实现通路切换,能大大提高开关阀的工作可靠性和使用寿命,采样更准确。 The basic function of reversing valve for voltage-regulated sediment sampler is to archive work state switching of the sample. It is one of the key components of the voltage-regulated sediment sampler and has great influence to the performance of the sampler. In order to meet the needs of river sediment samplers, the sampler reversing valve was improved. A newly two position and six way reversing valve was designed. It mainly consisted of valve bodies, ceramic valve core, waterproof electromagnet and push rod. It had two work positions and six ways. The reversing valve core component was composed of three pieces of ceramics, two of which were still and the other stand between them. The movable ceramic was droved by a waterproof electromagnet. The water passage way and the air passage way were opened or closed by aiming the hole in revolutionary ceramics at the holes in the two still ceramics. The reliability and life of the valve had been greatly improved because of the new vale core structure. It had achieved the more accurate sampling results.
