血尿酸对部队离退休高血压患者颈总动脉内膜中层厚度的影响

摘要 目的探讨血尿酸对部队离退休高血压患者颈总动脉内膜中层厚度的影响。方法 112例高血压患者按照颈总动脉平均内膜中层厚度分为:内膜正常组16例(<1.0 mm);内膜增厚组32例(≥1.0 mm,但<1.2 mm);斑块形成组42例(内膜局部增厚≥1.2 mm,向官腔内突出,但未引起狭窄);管腔狭窄组22例(明显的斑块凸起造成管腔狭窄>30%)。运用彩超对患者颈总动脉内膜中层厚度进行检查,同时检测患者血尿酸水平。结果内膜增厚组、斑块形成组、管腔狭窄组收缩压、颈总动脉内径、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平与内膜正常组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着内膜中层厚度的增加,血尿酸水平逐渐增高(P<0.05)。结论血尿酸水平对离退休高血压患者颈总动脉内膜中层厚度有影响,其水平越高,预示颈总动脉内膜中层厚度越厚,提示血尿酸水平增高可能是颈动脉粥样硬化的危险因素,应该对离退休老干部中的高血压患者加强血尿酸水平的监测,并适时干预。
