摘要
钢桥发展已有百余年历史,特大型箱形拱桥在21世纪初才真正发展起来,上海卢浦大桥是世界首座特大型箱型拱桥,国内外组合型空间扭曲钢箱拱桥可供参考实例较少,对杭州九堡大桥制作为例对组合型空间扭曲钢箱拱桥制作技术进行介绍,包括技术难点、结构仿真、胎架制作、预拱度调节、现场吊装等。
Although the development of steel bridge has been more than a hundred years,oversize box arch bridge began to develop at the beginning of the twenty-first century.Shanghai Lupu Bridge is the first oversize box arch bridge of the whole world.The example about composite spatial warping steel box arch bridge was limited at home and abroad.Taking Hangzhou Jiubao Bridge as the example,this paper introduced the manufacture technology of composite spatial warping steel box arch bridge,including technical difficulties,mold manufacturing,pre-deflection adjustment,on-site lifting and so on.
