Application of Nuclear Piping Calculation Program

摘要 开发一种核级管道计算程序,可采用多种规范对核级管道进行应力分析与评定。介绍程序计算原理,并以某核电工程管道系统为例,采用RCC-M和ASME规范进行计算,分别和SYSPIPE、PIPESTESS的计算结果进行对比。计算结果表明,开发的程序计算结果正确,精度满足要求。 A nuclear piping calculation program is developed, that can use a variety of codes for nuclear piping stress analysis and evaluation. This paper introduces the principle of the program. Taking the piping of a nuclear power station as an example, the stress analysis and evaluation is done using RCC-M and ASME codes, and the results are compared with SYSPIPE and PIPESTRESS respectively. The results show that the program calculation result is correct, and the precision meet the requirements.
