摘要
目的建立酶标仪测定饮用水中铝分析方法。方法在p H6.5左右,水中铝与聚乙二醇辛基苯醚(OP)和溴代十六烷基吡啶(CPB)的存在下与铬天青S反应生成蓝绿色的四元胶束,在630 nm处用酶标仪测定OD值,计算出铝的含量。结果该法检出限为0.030 mg/L,线性范围为0.030~1.000 mg/L,加标回收率为91.5%~107%。结论该法能满足生活饮用水等常规水质分析中铝的测定,减少了乙二胺-盐酸缓冲液等各试剂的使用量,方法简便、适用。
Objective To establish a method of analyzing aluminum in drinking water by the method of microplate reader. Methods At p H6. 5,aluminum could react with OP and CPB to form a kind of blue-green four substances chelate,which could test the OD at 630 nm wavelength by microplate reader. Results The detection limit was 0. 030 mg / L,the linear range was 0. 030-1. 00 mg / L and the recovery was 91. 5-107%. Conclusion This method can meet the determination of aluminum in drinking water,and also can save the reagents.
