摘要
实验室试验表明,虫敌乳剂稀释1∶100倍,在玻璃表面按100ml/m^2剂量,对家蝇的KT_(50)为1.6018分钟,24小时死亡率100%;现场灭蛆,处理后30天蛆密度下降率100%。将制剂稀释1∶500倍,在玻璃表面按100ml/m^2剂量,对淡色库蚊的KT_(50)为3.5167分钟,24小时死亡率为100%;1000～10000倍蚊幼虫27天死亡率100%。稀释1∶300倍,在砖表面按200ml/m^2剂量,对蚤的KT_(50)为1.5603分钟,24小时死亡率为100%。1∶100倍稀释,对德国小蠊的KT_(50)为3.3289分钟,48小时死亡率为100%。虫敌乳剂对上述四种卫生害虫都具有很好的速杀和击倒作用,持效时间2～4周。
The experimental observations on Chong-Di Emulsion, a new insecticide which developed from Ji-Kun Institute of Disinfection technique, against sanitary insects has been conducted both in laboratory and field. The result showed that the KT_(50) for house-fly was 1.6018 minutes. the deathrate of 24 hr. was 100%, while the agent was dilated at the concentration of 100 times, then spraied on glass surface at the concentration of 100ml/m^2. In the field trail the experiment of the emulsion against maggot of flies was carried out, the rate of density in maggot was obviously fallen-100%, if could be lasting for 30 days.
If it is diluted at 500 times, daubing on the surface of glass at the concentration of 100ml/m^2, The KT_(50) for Culex pipiens was at 3.(?)37 minutes, the death-rate of 24 hr. was 100%, while diluting at the concentration of 1000～10000 times, the deathrate for Culex pipiens was 100%, and it could be lasting for 27 days. Diluting it at 300 times, painted its on bricks surface at the concentration of 200 ml/m^2, The KT_(50) for house-fly was at 1.560 minutes, the death-rate of 24 hr. was 100%. Dilnting it at 109 times, the KT_(50) for Blattellagermanica wasat 3.3289 minutes, and the death-rate of 48 hr. was 100%. Suming up the main point mention above the Emulsion of Chong-Di is excellent insecticide for sanitary insects, it possess quickly killing effect and knock down functions against sanitary insects.
