摘要
目的研究中药川芎提取物对急性高眼压模型家猫视网膜神经节细胞的保护作用。方法前房注入2%甲基纤维素复制家猫急性高眼压模型,以脑神经生长素为阳性对照药,观察川芎提取物对家猫多焦视网膜电图的影响。结果造模眼压升高后mfERG一阶反应有明显变化:P1波总的反映密度减弱,同心环各环P1波反映密度均较术前减弱;第3环P1波峰潜时延长。川芎嗪静脉注射9天后mfERG有明显恢复:2、3环N1波振幅密度与模型组及用药前比较显著增加,各环峰潜时的变化均不明显;总环及同心环第2、3环P1波振幅密度与模型组比较显著增加;同心环第1,2,3,4环P1波振幅密度与用药前比较比较显著增加;第3环P1波峰潜时与用药前比较显著缩短。结论川芎提取物对急性高眼压模型家猫视功能保护作用明显,效果优于对照阳性药物脑神经生长素。
Objective To evaluate the protective effect of Ligusticum wallichii extraction on retinal ganglion cells under high intraocular pressure(IOP). Methods Forty eats were randomly divided into normal group,model group, ligustrazine group and cranial nerve growthine group, 10 cats in each group. The high IOP model was established by injecting 20 g · L^-1 cellogran into anterior chamber of cats,the vein in anterior limb was punctured from the first day after modeling, once a day for 9 days. The changes of multifocal eletroretinogram(mfERG)were observed before and after puncturation. Results The first order reaction of mfERG had significant changes in cants with high intraocular pressure, mainly as follow., the total reaction of wave P1 decreased and the P1 reflect density of each ring in concentric rings were less than that of preoperative,and the peak latency of the third ring prolonged. All above of mfERG showed high intraoeular pressured damaged to the visual function. After treatment with Ligusticum wallichii extraction for 9 days, the mfERG was obviously improved. Conclusion The Ligusticum wallichii extraction can protect and improve the ocular function under acute high intraocular pressure, have better effect than the positive control drug cranial nerve growthine.
