摘要
目的探讨闭角型青光眼在不同抗青光眼术后发生脉络膜脱离的原因及治疗效果。方法选取闭角型青光眼手术治疗后的发生脉络膜脱离患者43眼进行研究分析，对于发生脉络膜脱离患者进行术前术后视力、眼压、前房深、视野及UBM等结果分析。结果复合式小梁切除术后脉络膜脱离发生较传统小梁切除术后明显减少；两种术后脉络膜发生脱离的时间无统计学差别。结论复合式小梁切除术与传统小梁切除术相比可以更好的预防术后脉络膜脱离的发生。
Objective To explore the reason and efficacy of choroid detachment after different glaucoma filtering surgery for angle-closure glaucoma. Methods All angle-closure glaucoma eyes happened choroid detachment after anti-glaucoma surgery . All patients of choroid detachment were checked view, IOP, anterior chamber depth, perimetry and UBM. Results Choroid detachment after traditional trabeculectomy occurred more than that after compound trabeculectomy. There were no statistically difference between traditional trabeculectomy and compound trabeculectomy. Conclusion Combined trabeculectomy compared with the traditional trabeculectomy can better prevent the occurrence of postoperative choroid detachment. And the complex degree of choroid detachment occurred after trabeculectomy and lighter, shorter treatment process, less postoperative vision effect.
