生产分离器一般采用涂层和阴极保护联合的保护方式来抑制罐体内壁的腐蚀。南海东部海域油田生产水具有高温、高盐和高矿化度等特点,腐蚀性较强。在高温环境下,涂层容易脱落,如果阴极保护失效,罐体将遭受严重腐蚀。锌阳极不适用于高温环境,只有铝合金阳极可以使用。重点介绍了高温条件下生产分离器铝合金牺牲阳极阴极保护设计。
The production separator is generally protected by the combination of coating and cathodic protection to control the corrosion of internal wall of tanks. The production water of oil fields in the east of South China Sea is very corrosive because it is high in temperature, salt and mineral. The coatings are easy to spall under the high temperature. If the cathodic protection fails, the tank will be subject to serious corrosion. Whereas the zinc anode is not good in high - temperature service and only the Al alloy can be used. The design of cathodic protection with Al alloy anode for the HP production seParator is described.
