摘要
针对矿井交流传动控制提升机的诸多弊端,以霍尔辛赫煤矿为例,对NT型提升机电控装置进行适配研究,使副井提升实现6RA70整流,串联12脉动的直流传动控制。软件实时监测表明:速度曲线五段式,电枢电流连续、稳定。系统性能稳定,安全可靠,满足提升机控制的各项工艺要求。
Based on the disadvantages of mine AC drive control hoist, Holzer Mine was taken as example, NT hoist electronic control equipment adaptive was studied, the auxiliary shaft realized 6RA70 rectification and 12 impulse DC drive control. Software real-time monitoring showed that five-paragraph speed curve, the armature current was continuous and stable. The system performance is stable and reliable, which could meet the needs of hoist control technology.
