摘要
城市发展历程表明,城市工业园区的不断发展,改善了自身投资环境,影响和提高了城市的产业环境,使城市土地升值,推动中心城区产业"退二进三"的步伐,促进旧城更新改造和城市新城的出现。作者从工业园区产业结构升级、工业产业布局、土地利用等方面对城市布局结构的影响进行了深入分析,研究城市工业园区对城市布局结构的作用机制,为推进工业园与城市良性发展提供一定的对策支持。
the course of urban development shows that the City Industrial Park continues to develop,improve its investment environment,influence and improve the industry environment of the city,make the urban land appreciation,to promote the pace of city center industry ＂from two into three＂,promote urban renewal and urban new district.The author makes a thorough analysis of the impact of industrial structure upgrading,industrial layout,land use and other aspects on the layout of the city,and studies the mechanism of urban industrial park to provide some measures to promote the development of industrial parks and cities.
