摘要
目的通过分析外科恶性肿瘤患者术后化疗期间的心理障碍发生频率及其影响因素,探讨心理护理干预对其情绪的影响作用,以提高患者的生命质量。方法选取某医院76例外科恶性肿瘤化疗患者,按照随机原则分为护理干预组和对照组,其中护理干预组除常规治疗外辅以心理干预,对照组只给以常规治疗。干预后,对两组患者分别进行焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)的测评,比较统计结果。结果外科恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者出现严重心理障碍的占54%;其中患者年龄、谈癌色变、化疗不良反应大、缺乏社会支持系统、病情反复、治疗周期长、费用高、医患矛盾多、自尊心受到伤害等是产生心理障碍的主要影响因素。结论护理心理干预可以显著改善外科恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者的抑郁、焦虑和恐惧心理,是治疗外科恶性肿瘤化疗患者心理障碍的简单、有效方法,临床上值得推广。
Objectives Through analysis of the incidence and influencing factors of mental disorders for malignant tumor surgery patients receiving chemotherapy,the role of psychological nursing intervention on their moods was discussed to improve patients＇life quality.Methods 76 malignant tumor surgery patients receiving chemotherapy were chosen.They were divided into nursing intervention group and control group randomly.The control group re-ceived regular therapy only while the intervention group received psychological intervention besides regular therapy. After intervention,both groups were assessed by self-evaluation of anxiety scale （SAS）and self rating depression scale （SDS）and the results were analyzed.Results 54% patients had serious mental disorders.The age,fear of cancer,side effect of chemotherapy,lacking of social support,recurrence of the diseases,long period of treatment, high cost,conflicts between the doctors and the patients and self-esteem hurt were the main reasons for mental dis-orders.Conclusions Nursing intervention could improve patients＇anxiety,depression and fear.It is a easy way for patients＇mental disorders and worthy of spreading clinically.
