峰值时效对45%预变形2219铝合金退火行为的影响

Influence of Peak Ageing Hardening on the Annealing Behavior of 2219 Aluminum Alloys

摘要 通过金相实验和力学性能测试,探讨了峰值时效对45%预变形2219铝合金的回复与再结晶行为的影响。研究结果表明:45%冷轧变形的2219铝合金在250℃时为回复阶段,300℃左右开始再结晶,450℃左右再结晶完全,500℃时为晶粒长大阶段。随着退火温度提高,2219铝合金的塑性提高,而强度降低;相比之下,合金经过预先峰值时效后,再结晶温度有所提高,回复阶段的强度较高而塑性减小,再结晶后具有更高的塑性,但强度更低。 Influence of peak ageing harden on the recovery and recrystallizationbehavior of 2219 aluminum alloys after 45 heavy cold rolling deforming were studied by optical microscophy and mechanical tests. The results show that 2219 aluminum alloys after 45% cold rolling deforming recover below 250℃, recrystal start at 300℃ and finish at 450℃, and then grain grow upon 500℃. Following the elevating of annealing temperatures, their strengths decrease and ductilities increase. By compari- son, the alloys have experienced peak ageing harden before cold rolling deforming, their recrystalling temperatures have a little increase. Their strengths are higher and ductilities are lower at recover temperature intervals, whereas, their strengths are lower and ductilities are higher at recrystallization temperature intervals.
