摘要
基于事故致因理论和我国高校管理体制,提出了高校实验室安全管理标准化程序,该标准化管理程序的构建包括设立安全管理机构、安全教育与培训、制定规章制度、应急管理以及建设实验室安全文化五部分内容,这五部分相辅相成,可有效规范人的行为,预防事故的发生。
The standardized management program for laboratories in colleges and universities was put forward according to Heinrich accident causing theory and the administration system of Chinese colleges and universities. The standardized management program includes the establishment of safety management agency, safety education and training, establishing rules, emergency management and safety culture. The five parts complement each other, and they can effectively regulate human behavior and prevent accidents from laboratories in colleges and universities.
