摘要
运用制度经济学的相关理论对我国农村学校体育教育进行探索,发现外在制度的约束、实施和制度委托代理双方的信息失衡是造成制度失灵的关键。只有加强外在制度的约束力和执行力、设立有效的激励机制才能实现农村学校体育教育的帕累托最优,进而促进我国农村学校体育教育的均衡发展。
Discovery of the physical education in rural areas, by using the related theory of institutional economics has been presented. We can easily find that the key to the system failure is the containment and implement of the external system, unbalanced information level of the both side of the institution. Only by strengthening the force of constraint and the executive ability of the external system, establishing an effective motivation mechanism, can we achieve Pareto optimality of physical education in rural areas, and then promote the balanced development of physical education in rural areas.
