工业有机硅高沸物改性SiO_2气凝胶的合成及吸附性能研究 被引量:1

Preparation of silica aerogels using high boiling organic silicon as modifier and its adsorption property

摘要 以九水硅酸钠(Na2SiO3·9H2O)为原料,创新的以工业有机硅高沸物为改性剂,通过溶胶-凝胶法制得硅基气凝胶。采用透射电子显微镜、OCA20型视频接触角测定仪、比表面分析仪对材料的结构和性能进行表征。结果表明:通过使用不同工业有机硅沸程提取物制得的硅基气凝胶比表面为210.05~410.69m2/g,平均孔径为8.95~38.37nm;且随着有机硅沸程的升高,气凝胶的比表面逐渐降低,而平均孔径逐渐增大;气凝胶的接触角为111~144°,具有良好的疏水性。 Silica aerogels were prepared by a sol-gel method using Na2SiO3·9H2O as silica precursor and high boiling organic silicon as modifier.The as-prepared samples were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),nitrogen adsorption-desorption[Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)]analysis,static contact angle method.The results showed that the aerogels possessed a high specific surface area of 210.05~410.69m2/g,the average pore diameter ranges from8.95nm^38.37 nm by using extracts of industrial organic silicon with different boiling range.With the increase of high boiling organic silicon,the surface of the aerogel reduced and the average pore diameter increased gradually.The ranges of water contact angle of the sanples from 111~144°,it demonstrated that this silica aerogels possessed excellent hydrophobicity.
