摘要
采用导电性能优异的纳米碳管替代部分导电碳用以制作磷酸铁锂正极片,磷酸铁锂电池的充放电性能得到极大改善。分别测试纳米磷酸铁锂电池在不同环境温度下的性能,-40℃下纳米磷酸铁锂电池的放电容量为25℃时容量的47.1%,而普通磷酸铁锂电池的放电容量仅为25℃时容量的37.5%;电池的优异电化学性能主要归功于整个电池电导性能的改进,为保证电池本身的使用寿命,工作温度应该控制在20~50℃之间。
In the making process of LiFePO4 positive electrode film,part of electrical carbon was replaced by some carbon nanotubes(CNTs),its electrochemical performance was improved greatly.Nano LiFePO4batteries'temperature performance were tested at different ambient temperature.At-40℃ the discharge capacity of batteries was about 47.1% of that at 25℃.While the ordinary LiFePO4 battery was only 37.5%.Superior electrochemical performance of the battery cell was mainly due to the improvement of the electrical properties.In order to ensure the service life of the battery,the working temperature should be controlled at between 20℃and 50℃.
