摘要
以聚乙二醇-聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物(PEG-PLGA)为载体,二氯甲烷和丙酮为有机溶剂,双十二烷基二甲基溴化铵(DMAB)为乳化剂,采用水/油/水型(W1/O/W2)复乳化溶剂挥发制备载有甲苯胺蓝的微球并对微球相关性质进行检测。结果所得微球呈圆球状,粒径为(1114.340±95.348)nm,包封率为(59.973±1.646)%,突释率(46.748±1.475)%,电位+(57.380±1.327)mV。通过该方法制备的微球粒径小、分布集中、包封率高、突释小,且操作方便,为进一步探讨靶向药物对口腔内微生物的灭菌作用奠定了物质基础。
The microspheres were prepared by a double emulsification solvent evaporation method(w/o/w)with PEG-PLGA as carrier material,dichloromethane and acetone as organic solvent and imethyldidodecy-lammonium bromide(DMAB)as surfactant.The microspheres prepared were uniform spherical particles.Mean diameter,encapsulation efficiency and burst release were(1114.340±95.348)nm,(59.973±1.646)% and(46.748 ± 1.475)% respectively.The zeta potential was+(57.380±1.327)mV.The microspheres prepared by w/o/w were found to be a smaller particle size,and had a high encapsulation efficiency,a low burst release and positive zeta potential.The process method was uncomplicated and convenient.The good material foundation was provided to study that the effectiveness of targeted medicine for kill oral microorganisms in the future.
