摘要
用共沉淀法结合高温固相法制备了Li[Li0.2Mn0.44Ni0.18Co0.18]O2锂离子电池用富锂正极材料。用XRD结合Rietveld精修、SEM和电化学测试等对材料的结构和性能进行了研究。结果表明:该材料具有良好的α-NaFeO2型层状结构,其中,Li和Ni、Co、Mn共同随机占据3b位;3a位的Li+和3b位的Ni 2+约3%发生混排,互相占位;该材料的振实密度高、比表面积小;首次放电容量可达187.3mAh/g,0.5C倍率下,经20次循环后材料的容量保持率为72%。
Lithium rich material Li[Li0.2Mn0.44Ni0.18Co0.18]O2for Li-ion battery was synthesized by combining coprecipitation and high temperature solid-state methods.The structure and properties of the material were studied by XRD,Rietveld refinement,SEM and electrochemical tests.The results showed that the material formed theα-NaFeO2 layered structure in which Li,Ni,Co and Mn were occupied randomly at 3b(metal)site while about 3% cations intermixing between Li+(at 3asite)and Ni 2+(at 3bsite)were appeared.The physical properties such as high tap-density and low specific area were obtained.Its initial discharge capacity of 187.3mAh/g was achieved and the capacity retention rate was 72% after 20 cycles at 0.5Crate.
