智慧旅游,指游客利用云计算、物联网等现代数位媒体技术,通过移动或PC上网终端,借由互联网自主获取旅游地相关资讯的现代旅游形式。随着互联网与个人移动终端的日渐普及,智慧旅游逐渐成为观光业的主流。台湾民宿业作为国际知名民宿品牌,紧承时代发展特征。台湾网络基础设施建设完备,移动4G网络发展迅猛,民宿业利用数字媒介技术,结合移动互联网进行整合行销,线上线下联动,致力打造台湾本土民宿业特色品牌,推动台湾智慧旅游发展。台湾民宿业在网络推广所取得的经验与成果,值得同为发达地区的上海借鉴,推进上海地区民宿业发展。
Smart Tourism, a form of modern tourism, is that visitors use cloud computing, networking and other modern digital media technology to obtain related information of scenic spot through mobile, Internet terminal or PC independently. With the growing popularity of the Internet and personal mobile terminals, smart tourism has become the mainstream tourism industry. Taiwan Bed and Breakfast industry, as an internationally renowned brand, is closely follow the world trend. Depended on complete network infrastructure and the rapid development of mobile 4G network, Taiwan B&B industry uses digital media technology and makes online and offline interaction, combined with the integration of mobile internet marketing to create Taiwan Residents specialty brands and promote Taiwan wisdom tourism. The experience and achievements of Taiwan B&B industry made in brand network promotion is worth of learning by Shanghai to develop its own B&B hotel industry.
