摘要 在液晶屏幕像素坏点检测中,针对人工检测效率低且用工成本高的问题,根据机器视觉原理以HALCON和VS2010为开发平台,设计了一套液晶屏像素坏点自动检测系统。该系统通过相机获取液晶屏的红绿蓝三种纯色画面图像,先通过边缘提取法将液晶屏区域分割出来,再通过高斯差分滤波(DOG)方法和形态学处理对坏的像素点检测识别。实验结果表明,该系统可以准确地检测出液晶屏上的像素坏点,简便地实现了液晶屏像素坏点的自动化检测,具有较好的工程实用性。 For the detection of dead pixels of LCD screen,due to the low efficiency and high cost of human visual inspection,an automatic detecting system is designed based on the principle of machine vision,by using HALCON and VS2010 as a platform. Thus three kinds of solid-colored images( red,green and blue) can be obtained. Based on edge extraction method,LCD area is first partitioned,then the dead pixels on LCD screen are detected and recognized using Difference of Gaussian filter( DOG)and morphological approach. The experimental results show that the system can accurately identify the dead pixels on LCD screen,realizing the automatic detection simply and conveniently. It has a favorable value in the engineering application.
