摘要
换热器选型过程复杂,手工选型计算出错率高,为了提高工程设计人员的工作效率和选型的准确率,基于LabVIEW平台开发了一款软件实现换热器自动选型与报价,软件可根据用户输入的热负荷、入口温度、出口温度、压降等,从已建的数据库中自动筛选出符合输入条件的换热器型号及其价格,并以Excel报表形式输出其选型结果。经厂家验证,该软件选型结果与传统经验值选型结果相符,可以替代传统人工经验值选型。
Due to the complexity of type selection process for heat exchanger,calculation error rate of manual selection is high. In order to improve the work efficiency of engineering designer and the accuracy of selection,according to the input from the users of heat load,inlet temperature and outlet temperature,pressure drop,etc,a software which can automatically select the requirements for the input of heat exchanger models and their prices is developed based on the platform of LabVIEW. The selection result can be ouput in Excel form. It has been verified by manufacturer that the selection results of the software are consistent with traditional experience selection results. The software can replace the traditional artificial selection.
