摘要
根据GB18599-2001《一般工业固体废弃物贮存、处置场污染控制标准》2013年修订的最新要求,探讨了灰场起尘量的计算方法和灰场大气环境防护距离的计算方法。通过不同方法计算了某电厂灰场起尘量,并根据起尘量计算结果确定了该灰场的大气环境防护距离,同时探讨了地形因素对大气环境防护距离确定的影响。结果表明,不同计算公式起尘量计算结果相差较大,需要选择合适的计算方法;对平原地区的灰场,建议直接采用估算模式(选择农村地形)计算防护距离。对于山谷型灰场,需考虑最终堆灰高程与周边山体的高差,充分考虑地形条件,确定合理的大气环境防护距离。
In the paper, the calculation methods of ash yard's dust emission and atmospheric environment protection distance are discussed. The ash yard's dust emission in a certain power plant is calculated by different methods, whose results will determine the said distance; besides, the topographical factors for determining this distance are discussed as well. It is showed that different calculation methods have greatly different dust emission results, so the selection of appropriate method is very important. The said distance in plain area is suggested to calculate by estimation method; as for that in valley, the topographical conditions as well as the height differences between ash pile and surrounding mountains must be fully considered.
