摘要
针对目前飞机装配方式,提出一种基于Virtools 5.0的虚拟装配方法,并对虚拟装配中的虚拟装配仿真技术进行研究讨论,重点分析了交互式装配过程仿真等关键技术。根据实际装配过程,制定虚拟装配训练流程图,编写交互式装配过程实现程序,实现了对飞机的虚拟装配仿真。最后结合自身的开发经验总结出Virtools 5.0应用中应注意的几个问题。通过对基于Virtools 5.0的虚拟装配关键技术研究,为飞机装配的设计开发提供了一定的理论依据。
On the basis of the current aircraft assembly mode, a method for diesel engine virtual assembly based on Virtools 5.0 is put forward. The technology of virtual assembly simulating are explored. The alternation assembly emulation technology is analyzed. Based on the actual assembly process, the virtual assembly training flow chart is established. The aircraft virtual assembly alternation process is realized through programming. Finally, some points for attention during the employment of Virtools 5.0 are put forward. Through the study of the key technique of the virtual assembly, the theory is provided to complete the design of the aircraft virtual assembly system.
