摘要
目的研究分析高血压甲状腺肿瘤摘除手术的围手术期护理使用循证护理的效果。方法 2010年1月~2014年4月我院选取了92例甲状腺肿瘤摘除手术患者来进行研究分析,将这些患者分成对照组和实验组,对照组使用常规护理,实验组使用常规护理和循证护理,对两组患者进行围手术期护理效果观察。结果临床中不同护理干预结果显示,实验组患者对手术知识、满意度、恢复情况等指标上优于对照组,结果存在统计学差异性（P〈0.05）。结论通过研究发现,循证护理方法对于高血压甲状腺肿瘤摘除术围手术期的临床价值显著。
Objective To study the effect of evidence-based nursing in perioperative nursing care for the operation of thyroid tumor with high blood pressure.Methods From January 2010 to April 2014,92 cases of thyroid cancer were selected to study and analysis,the patients were divided into control group and experimental group,the control group was treated with routine nursing,the experimental group was treated with routine nursing and evidence-based nursing.Results The clinical results showed that the experimental group was better than the control group,the results were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Through the study found that the evidence based nursing method for patients with high blood pressure thyroid tumor resection perioperative clinical value is significant.
