摘要
目的研究胸外科局限性小切口开胸术的临床应用价值。方法选取我院2013年2月~2015年2月收治的胸外科住院患者100例为研究对象,将其随机分为2组,即观察组与对照组。对照组给予传统胸外科外侧切口手术治疗,观察组给予局限性小切口开胸手术治疗,比较分析2组疗效。结果观察组的术中出血量、术后胸腔引流量、术后疼痛程度、术后费用、住院时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论胸外科局限性小切口开胸术的临床应用价值显著。
Objective To study the clinical application value of small incision thoracotomy in the Department of thoracic surgery.Methods 100 cases of hospitalized patients in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were randomly divided into 2 groups,the observation group and the control group.Control group was given to the traditional department of thoracic surgery of the lateral incision surgery.The observation group was given the treatment of small incision thoracotomy,and the effect of the 2 groups were compared and analyzed.Results The amount of bleeding,postoperative bleeding,postoperative pain,postoperative pain,hospitalization time were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical application value of small incision thoracotomy in Department of thoracic surgery is remarkable.
