摘要
警察法学模块化教学是针对警察法学专业学生所应掌握的警察理论知识与专业技能,以重构的与警察实战要求相适应的理论与实践教学模块为载体,综合运用模型化教学方法和手段而开展的教学过程。本文通过解读警察法学模块化教学法的内涵、特征及功能,全面梳理了警察法学课程的模块"方阵",概括了主题式、案例式、讨论式等模块教学辅助范式。
The modular teaching of police law is a theoretical and practical teaching module, which should be mastered by police law students. The reconstruction of the theory teaching module and the practical teaching module, which is based on the students as the main body, and the teaching content is integrated with the theory. Therefore, we interpret the connotation, features and functions of the modular teaching method of police law, actively combing the modules of the police law course, which generalizing the teaching assistant model of the theme, case and discussion.
