摘要
肝郁脾虚证可见于多种肿瘤患者,肝气郁结易于化火伤阴,气滞血行不畅易成瘀血,火热阴伤易煎熬血液成瘀,脾虚失运可致痰湿内生,痰瘀交阻易在局部结聚形成肿块,以致肿瘤易于复发转移、病情加重。治当以抑木扶土为法,文章总结了自制金铃健脾方治疗肝郁化火、乘犯脾土证候的乳腺癌、肝癌、胃癌、肠癌、宫颈癌术后以及恶性淋巴瘤患者的典型病例资料,取得了较好的临床疗效,值得进一步研究探讨。
Liver- stagnation and spleen- deficiency syndrome can be discovered in a wide variety of tumor patients. Stagnation of liver- qi prones to turn into fire which damages liver- yin. Qi and blood stagnation can lead blood stasis and heat and Yin damage easily suffers into blood stasis,and spleen deficiency can cause internal phlegm dampness endogenous. Phlegm and blood stasis resistance is easily in local,forming bump,so it is liable to relapse tumor metastasis and make disease seriously. Treated with checking liver hyperfunction and strengthening spleen,this paper summarizes the homemade Jinling Jianpi Formula to treat the syndrome of liver fire which injures spleen earth. We have collected some typical cases of breast cancer,liver cancer,gastric cancer,colon cancer,cervical cancer and malignant lymphoma. Patients have achieved good clinical effect and deserved further research.
