摘要
目的探讨一体化护理干预对慢性支气管炎、肺气肿患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法选择2011年2月至2014年2月期间在我院接受治疗的慢性支气管炎肺气肿患者104例作为研究对象。2011年2月至2013年6月入院的患者为对照组,2013年7月至2014年2月入院的患者为观察组。观察组采取一体化护理模式,对照组采用常规护理。对两组患者的心理状态,生活质量进行评价。结果入院时两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分差异无统计学意义(t=0.885,P>0.05),出院时对照组患者SAS评分显著高于观察组(t=16.653,P<0.05);入院时,两组患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分差异无统计学意义(t=0.976,P>0.05);出院时对照组SDS评分显著高于观察组(t=17.068,P<0.05)。随访结束时,观察组体力功能评分、认知功能评分、情感功能评分、社会功能评分均显著高于对照组(t=16.026-24.174,P<0.05)。结论一体化护理模式能够改善慢性支气管炎、肺气肿患者的负面情绪,可能有提高生活质量的作用,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of integrated nursing intervention on the psychological status and quality of life of patients with chronic bronchitis and emphysema. Methods Select fifty- two patients with chronic bronchitis and emphysema cured in our hospital from February 2012 to June 2013 as group A,the traditional model of care in nursing was adopted. Select 52 patients with chronic bronchitis and emphysema cured in our hospital from July 2013 to Febuary 2014 as observation group,integrated nursing intervention model was adopted.The metal status and quality of life of the two groups of patients were scored and analyzed two groups of patient S＇satisfaction with care work. Results There was no significant difference in SAS score between the two groups at admission（ t = 0. 885,P〈0. 05）. The SAS score in control group was significantly higher than that in observation group by the end of patient follow- up（ t = 16. 653,P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in SDS score between the two groups at admission（ t = 0. 976,P〈0. 05）. The SDS score in control group was significantly higher than that in observation group by the end of patient follow- up（ t = 17. 068,P〈0. 05）. The physical function score,cognitive function score,emotion function score,social function score in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group（ t = 16. 026- 24. 174,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Integrated nursing model can improve the negative emotions of patients with chronic bronchitis and emphysema,improve the quality of life,and it is worthy of clinical application.
