摘要
框架理论研究是处理和展现复杂概念及其相互关系,解释与修正理论内在逻辑结构的有力手段。开展中医理论的主体框架结构及拓展领域研究,是中医药学自我整合,以求达到最佳稳态的途径之一,也是迎合现代科学评价视角,加速中医药融入世界医疗体系的重要举措。在前期全面梳理新中国成立以来中医浊邪理论研究成果的基础上,着重于界定浊邪理论概念的内涵与外延,规范浊邪概念的定义及表述,剖析各浊邪概念间的逻辑关系,并提出符合中医理论特色及现代医学特征的浊邪理论层级结构。
Framework theory study is a powerful tool used to deal with and reveal complex concepts and the correlation,and to explain and revise theory internal logical structure. Researching the main framework structure and extended field of Chinese medicine theory is a way of Chinese medicine ego integrity for achieving the best steady state. It is also an important measure to cater the evaluation perspective of modern science and to promote Chinese medicine integrating into world medical system. Based on initial overall summary of Chinese medicine turbid pathogenic factor theory research results since new China was founded,the author emphasizes defining the connotation and denotation of turbid pathogenic factor theory conceptions,regulating the definition and expression of turbid pathogenic factor conceptions and analyzing logical relation among turbid pathogenic factor conceptions. The author proposes turbid pathogenic factor theory hierarchical structure,which is accord with Chinese medicine theory characteristics and modern medicine features.
