摘要
以明胶为基质,添加抗菌剂山梨酸钾,采用溶液流延成膜法制备不同山梨酸钾含量的明胶抗菌膜,研究不同山梨酸钾含量对膜的力学性能、水蒸气透过率、透光性能、山梨酸钾释放率和抗菌性能的影响.结果表明,随着山梨酸钾含量的增加,明胶膜的拉伸强度不断增大,而断裂伸长率逐渐降低.水蒸气透过率和透光性能随山梨酸钾含量的增加逐渐降低,山梨酸钾在水中先后经历快速释放和缓慢释放两个阶段,山梨酸钾含量高的膜释放速率较快,明胶膜对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌性能随着山梨酸钾含量增加而增大.
Gelatin- potassium sorbate antibacterial films with different contents of potassium sorbate were fabricated by solution- casting method. The effects of potassium sorbate content were studied on mechanical properties,water vapor transmittance,transparency,potassium sorbate release ability and antibacterial properties of the films. The results show that the performance of the composite film is influenced by MMT content,the tensile strength of the films increases with the increase of potassium sorbate content,but elongation at break decreases. Water vapor transmittance and transparency reduce gradually with the increase of the potassium sorbate content. Potassium sorbate releases quickly from the film in water at early stage,but slowly at later stage. The release rate of the film is faster with high potassium sorbate content than with low content. The antibacterial performance of gelatin film to inhibit staphylococcus aureus increases with increasing content of potassium sorbate.
