摘要
目的 本文就护理干预在脑血栓护理中的应用与价值进行分析与探讨。方法 选择我院自2014年3月~2015年4月收治的脑血栓患者76例,按照入院时间将其平均分为对照组（n=38）和研究组（n=38）,给予对照组常规护理,研究组在此基础上实施护理干预,其后比较两组脑血栓患者的生活质量评分。结果 研究组患者生活质量评分优于对照组,P〈0.05。结论 在脑血栓护理中应用护理干预,其护理效果良好,同时提高患者生活质量。
Objective This paper analyzes and discusses the application and value of nursing intervention in cerebral thrombosis nursing. Methods 76 patients with cerebral thrombosis in our hospital from March 2014 to April 2015,according to the time of admission,were divided into control group（n=38）and research group（n=38）,the control group was given conventional nursing,the research group on the basis of conventional nursing,giving nursing intervention,and then compared with the quality of life score of two groups of patients with cerebral thrombosis. Results The quality of life of the patients in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention is significant,and it can improve the quality of life of patients.
