摘要
对2014年度中国、美国和欧盟等国家和地区1,818例汽车召回案例与技术创新相关性的比较研究表明,汽车召回与技术创新具有相关性,因设计缺陷进行的汽车召回与技术创新的相关性更强;消除汽车召回中设计缺陷的措施既包括产品创新又包括工艺创新,消除汽车召回中制造缺陷的措施主要是工艺创新。
The paper analyzes the correlation between automobile recall and technological innovation by taking 1818 automobile recall cases of China, the United States, the European Union and so on. The results show that automobile recall and technological innovation have a strong correlation. The automobile recalls due to design defect have an even stronger correlation with technological innovation. The solutions to eliminate design defect include product innovation and process innovation and the solutions to eliminate manufacturing defect is mainly process innovation.
