摘要
目的：通过对某三级精神专科医院住院精神病人意外死亡病例死亡原因的分析,提出防范意外死亡发生的对策.方法：对某三级精神专科医院2005年1月～2013年12月近8年住院病人中18例意外死亡病例进行回顾性分析. 结果：近8年发生的18例意外死亡病例中,意外死亡原因分别为自杀、猝死、窒息、跌伤,分别占意外死亡的55. 56%、22. 22%、16. 67%、5. 56%. 自杀患者中又以精神分裂症占首位. 结论：精神病人是一个特殊群体,住院精神病人意外死亡的发生具有突发性、多样性的特点,针对不同原因采取不同防范措施,能有效防止意外死亡的发生,减少医患纠纷,保证医疗安全.
this study aimed to propose preventive measures against accidental death, via analyzing the reason of accidental death of hospitalized mental patients in a three-level psychiatric hospital. Methods：Retrospective study was used to analyze accidental deaths of 18 hospitalized patients happened in a three-level mental specialized subject hospital from January, 2005 to December ,2013. Results：The causes of accidental death were suicide, sudden death, asphyxia, and tumbling injury, accounting for 55. 56%, 22. 22%, 16. 67%, and 22. 22% respectively. Conclusion：mental patients were a special group, and the occurrence of accidental death of them was sudden and varied. We should take different measures for different reasons to effectively prevent the occurrence of accidental death, reduce medical disputes, and ensure medical safety.
