摘要
开放式创新模式下,本土企业如何通过跨界搜索获取外部知识以弥补自身资源禀赋不足和能力结构缺陷至关重要。当前,跨界搜索相关概念交叉重合、存在较大模糊性,企业究竟应该跨越何种边界、采取何种搜索模式是跨界搜索研究的核心议题。首先系统梳理了跨界搜索的内涵,然后根据组织边界和知识边界区分跨界搜索模式,并进一步探究跨界搜索与创新绩效的关系,最后对未来研究进行展望。
In the context of open innovation,it's important for Chinese local firms to remedy resource endowments and capability defects by obtaining external knowledge.Some concepts are overlapped and ambiguous.It's a key issue to select suitable boundary and search pattern.This paper systematically reviews related definition of organizational search in field of innovation,and introduces two organizational boundaries and four knowledge boundaries.Different patterns of boundaryspanning search are divided according to above boundaries.Then the relationship between boundary-spanning search and innovation is studied.Finally,this paper proposes the directions in future research based on the limitations of current research.
