摘要
生活习惯、兴趣爱好、思想观念、价值取向等方面的差异以及利益之争、性格不合等原因,是引发大学生宿舍人际冲突的表面原因。人际认知偏见、个性品质缺陷和交往技能缺乏是大学生宿舍人际冲突的内在原因。预防大学生宿舍人际冲突,必须从外因和内因两个维度共同努力。
The differences of living habits, hobbies, ideological concept, value orientation and disputes of interests, personality clashes are the surface reasons causing the college students＇ dormitory interpersonal conflict. Human cog-nitive bias, personality defects and lack of interpersonal skills are the inner reasons of college students＇ dormitory in-terpersonal conflict. It requires efforts from two dimensions of external and internal to prevent the college students＇ dormitory interpersonal conflict.
