摘要
销孔拉板作为提升设备中连接装置的重要组成部件,其设计强度直接影响煤矿的提升安全。然而在实际计算中,对销孔拉板的受力分析往往过于简单,没有标准的设计计算方法。笔者以经验、拉密公式和危险点算法3种方式对销孔拉板结构进行分析,并结合实例进行比较,为销孔拉板结构的设计提供一定的理论依据。
The pin-hole pull plate is an important component of the connecting device in the hoist, its design strength directly affected the hoisting safety of the colliery. In actual calculation, the stress analysis on the pinhole pull plate is too simple, and there is no standard design and calculation method. In the paper, experience, Rami's formula and dangerous point algorithm were applied to analyze the pin-hole pull plate, and the contrast was conducted in combination with actual example. The study offered theoretical reference for the design of the pin-hole pull plate.
