摘要
自从我国国家助学贷款开办以来,为保护发放国家助学贷款的银行的利益,推动国家助学贷款业务的顺利开展,用人单位被赋予了很大的义务。但是,这些义务的执行效率却并不理想,使得它对推动国家助学贷款的正面作用远未发挥,而其负面作用却十分明显。正确认识用人单位在国家助学贷款中的义务和作用,有利于进一步完善国家助学贷款制度。
Since our country has put the national student loan into effect,the employers have been given some great obligations to protect the interests of the banks in national student loan and to promote the smooth development of national student loan business.However,its execution efficiency is not ideal.Its positive effect on promoting the national student loan is far from its negative effects.A correct understanding of the role of the employer＇s obligations in the national student loan is conducive to further improve the national student loan system.
