摘要
"MH370事件"引起了国际社会的广泛关注,而飞机坠毁重大事故的赔偿机制不同于一般赔偿机制。为此,运用重复讨价还价博弈理论对此进行了分析,考虑到航空公司在讨价还价博弈中受声誉和保障感的影响,在讨价还价分析过程中引入心理压力、支付收益率和生活或运营条件因素影响的贴现因子,通过求解由上述所有因素建立的效益函数,利用无限阶段讨价还价逆向推导的方法,得出讨价还价均衡结果,并最终得出结论:考虑声誉和保障因素可以增加受害家属的赔偿金额;心理条件、支付收益率和生活或运营环境通过影响贴现因子影响着讨价还价博弈均衡结果。
The sustainable,extensive influence of MH370 events has attracted the attention of the international society from all walks of life.The compensation mechanism of air crash is different from that of other general compensation.Using＂the Repeated Bargaining Games Theory＂,this paper considers the reputation and sense of security in airline in the bargaining games,and builds the bargaining game model under the condition of complete information.It also introduces into bargaining games the discount factor affected by the psychological pressure,earnings rate and physical factors.Then it establishes benefit functions with all above factors,and computes the bargaining equilibrium results using ageneral method of infinite stage bargaining games.The conclusion is that the compensation of victims＇ families can be increased with the consideration of reputation and security factors,and the psychological condition,earnings rate and the physical environment also affects the bargaining game equilibrium result by affecting the discount factors.
