摘要
为给麻菜套作种植模式的合理化应用提供理论基础,比较了苎麻/榨菜套作模式下,土壤有效养分及与肥力相关的4种酶活性在种植苎麻套作榨菜前后的变化。结果表明:种植苎麻及套作榨菜后,除土壤有效磷含量出现增加外,土壤pH、有机质、碱解氮及速效钾含量总体上均呈不同程度的下降趋势,表明苎麻及榨菜在生长发育过程中,大量吸收利用了土壤中的有效养分;土壤肥力各相关酶的活性则在总体上呈不同程度的上升趋势,表明麻菜套作模式有利于麻园土壤的熟化,改善麻园土壤条件。
The soil effective nutrient content and activity of four enzymes related to soil fertility were studied under B.nivea and B.junceaintercropping pattern to provide the theoretical basis for rational application of B.nivea and B.juncea intercropping pattern.Results:Soil pH and content of organic matter,available nitrogen and rapid available potassium in soil under B.niveaand B.junceaintercropping pattern presents the declining trend generally except for available P,which indicates that B.niveaand B.junceaabsorb and utilize a large number of effective nutrients in soil during their growth period.The activity of enzymes related to soil fertility shows the rising trend in varying degrees generally,which indicates that B.niveaand B.junceaintercropping pattern is beneficial to soil maturation and improvement of B.niveaplantation.
