摘要
目的 探索品管圈质量改进方法在提高头皮静脉穿刺毛发准备满意度中的作用。方法 2014年1月~2014年6月本院儿科以“提高头皮静脉穿刺毛发准备满意度”为主题,开展为期6个月的品管圈活动,探讨提高家长对头皮静脉穿刺毛发准备满意度的方法。结果 家长对头皮静脉输液毛发准备的满意度由整改前的59%上升至91%,对护士的满意度由整改前的89%上升至93%,改进前后比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 开展品管圈活动能提高家长对头皮静脉输液毛发准备的满意度和对护士的满意度,鼓励护士参与质量管理,提高了护士综合素质。
Objective To explore the quality control circle quality improvement method in improving the function of hair scalp vein puncture for satisfaction. Methods From January to June on 2014 , our pediatric to improve the hair scalp vein puncture for satisfaction＂ as the theme, carry out a six-month quality management circle activity, explore to improve parents to hair scalp vein puncture method of preparing satisfaction. Results Parents on hair scalp intravenous fluids prepared satisfaction rose to 91% from 59% before the rectification, the nurses＂ satisfaction rate rose to 93% from 89% before the rectification, the difference is statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion To carry out quality management circle activity can improve parents to scalp intravenous fluids prepared hair satisfaction and the satisfaction of nurses, en- courage nurses to participate in quality management, improve the nurses＇ quality.
