摘要
冷轧钢板表面附有油脂、铁粉等残留物,镀前通常需要通过脱脂去除。采用极化曲线、点滴试验和X-衍射射线分析等方法,比较了不同电解方式对材料表面活性和闪镀锡层耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,脱脂后试片表面活性高,尤其是阴极电解除油后,试片表面活性较高;当闪镀锡后,阴极除油后试片的镀层耐腐蚀性能比其他的除油方式好。
A volume of contaminants such as greaser and iron power etc exist on the surface of galvanized sheets,and need to be removed by degreasing. Therefore,the effects of different ways on the specimen surface activity and corrosion resistance were studied by polarization curve,spot test and XRD. The results showed that surface of the sample is the higher activity after degreasing,but the effect on the activity of the sample which was cleaned by a way of different electrolytic degreasing was not obvious,and the effect on coating quality and impact on the tin plating was not obvious.
