摘要
论述了吴铁主任医师在糖尿病诊断中运用舌诊的经验。着重论述了舌诊在中医诊断疾病的意义,从舌质(淡红舌、红舌、红绛舌、青紫舌)、舌体(胖大舌、齿印舌、裂纹舌)、舌苔(薄白苔、腻苔、黄苔、灰苔、黑苔、剥苔)、舌脉四个方面详细叙述了"舌象"与糖尿病血糖的变化,更重要的是准确反映糖尿病各种急性并发症和慢性并发症(糖尿病肾病、糖尿病合并视网膜病变、糖尿病合并周围神经病变)的变化。从观舌象指导对糖尿病及并发症的诊断和治疗,同时还举例说明了舌象对糖尿病疾病转归的变化有很强的应用价值。
This paper discussed the experience of Chief Physician Wu Tie in the diagnosis of diabetes using the tongue inspection. We emphatically discussed the significance of tongue inspection of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis of diseases. From tongue na-ture（pale red tongue, red tongue, deep red tongue, purple tongue）, tongue body（plump tongue, teeth-printed tongue, fissured tongue）,tongue coating（ thin and whitish fur, greasy fur, yellow fur, gray fur, black fur, eroded fur）, tongue veins, we described in detail the tongue manifestation and the change of blood glucose of diabetes, more important was to accurately reflect various acute diabetes compli-cations and chronic complications（ diabetic nephropathy, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic peripheral neuropathy）. From the view of the tongue as guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes and complications, we also illustrated the tongue manifestation has a very strong application value in the change of the prognosis of diabetes.
