Effect of Early Nutrition on the Development of Intestine and Immune System in Broilers

摘要 雏鸡出壳后肠道和免疫器官的快速发育是伴随饲料采食而进行的,出壳后营养供应时间和形式,是其完成由卵黄囊营养转换为饲料营养的关键。肠道是肉鸡营养物质消化和吸收的重要场所,也是肉鸡体内重要的免疫器官。因此,肠道健康是保证肉鸡良好饲料转化率和免疫功能的前提。文章综述了早期饲料营养对雏鸡肠道发育和免疫功能的影响。 The rapid development of intestine and immune system of neonatal chicken was caused by the feed intake. The time and way of nutrition supply after hatching was the key to change the use of energy from yolk sac to feed carbohydrate. Besides the largest immune organ, intestine is also the important part of nutrition digestion and absorption. Therefore,the intestinal health is the guarantee of good feed conversion rate and immune function of chicken. This paper based on the physiological characteristics of chicks,according to the developmental law of digestive and immune systems, summarized the influence of early feed nutrition.
