摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下直肠全系膜切除术治疗直肠癌的效果,为临床提供参考。方法选取64例需手术治疗的直肠癌患者,随机分为腹腔镜组和开腹组,开腹组行开腹手术治疗,腹腔镜组行腹腔镜手术治疗,比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果两组均未出现手术死亡病例;腹腔镜组手术时间较对照组长,有显著性差异(P<0.05);腹腔镜组出血量、围手术并发症、肠道功能恢复时间较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组术后复发率、死亡率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜下直肠全系膜切除术用于治疗直肠癌,具有安全、可靠等优点,且创伤较小,术后恢复快,有较大的临床推广意义。
Objective To evaluate laparoscopic total mesorectal excision for rectal cancer effect,and provide reference for clinical. Methods 64 cases of rectal cancer patients need operation treatment,were randomly divided into laparoscopic group and laparotomy group,the control group underwent open abdominal operation treatment,laparoscopic group underwent laparoscopic operation in the treatment,the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were compared. Results The two groups had no operation death case; time of laparoscopic operation group than contrast group,with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; the laparoscopic group,amount of bleeding in peri operation complications,intestinal function recovery time compared with the control group there were significant differences（ P〈0. 05）; the two group the recurrence rate,mortality rate had no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions Total mesorectal excision for rectal cancer by laparoscopic treatment,has the advantages of safe,reliable,and less trauma,faster postoperative recovery,it has larger clinical significance.
